Bijzonder intense rosé volledig geproduceerd vanuit Syrah, afkomstig van Higueruela in de DO- Almansa.

In de mond een rijk smakenpalet van framboos en ander rood fruit geaccentueerd door haar mooie roze aardbei-achtige kleur. Perfecte verhouding tussen zoet en zuur. Aangename body die wordt omlijnd door een fris zuurtje en een persistente afdronk.

Door een koud fermentatieproces heeft deze wijn mooie kleur behouden en tevens een bijzonder intens en gevarieerd aroma ontwikkeld.. Ideale serveertemperatuur is gekoeld om en bij de 8 à 10°C.
