Geproduceerd met de traditionele cavadruiven Macabeo, Xarel-Lo en Parellada. Alle variëteiten worden apart gevinifieerd tot basiswijn, vervolgens wordt er de ideale mix gemaakt die het karakter van de cava vormgeeft. De 2e fermentatie gebeurd volgens de methode Traditional. Rijping gedurende 15 tot 27 maanden in de cavakelders.
Briljante cava met opvallend
Zachte Brut met slechts 8 gram suiker per liter. Niet te zoet met andere woorden maar wel fluweelzacht en rond. Zachtjes geperst om enkel het sap te verkrijgen. Minimaal 30 maanden rijping in de familiekelders.
Erg fruitig aroma gecombineerd met getoaste aroma’s (amandel) te danken aan de lange rijpingstijd. Gebalanceerd met
Zacht en elegant met een fris fruitig aroma. Ideaal als aperitief.
Levendig en gebalanceerd smakenpalet. Fermentatie op tempo van de wijn, 2e fermentatie in de familiekelders van de bodega voor 18 maanden. Lichtjes gezoet bij disgorgement. Zacht en elegant.
